For the most part, All Things Ergo does not warehouse the items we sell. Rather, your purchases are shipped directly from the manufacturer or their master distributor. This approach allows us to maintain maximum flexilibity, high standards of service, and low prices.
At the same time, we employ various shipping methods to get you your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. The particular shipping method is individually chosen to best serve your order. When you choose our "Free" level of shipping, that will typically be UPS or FedEx Ground service. "Expedited" shipping may be UPS or FedEx 3-Day, or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the purchase. However your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number as soon as that information becomes available to us.
We understand that it's hard to choose ergonomic products without being able to physically try before you buy. Once you've gotten all the information possible on a product, we believe you should be able to acquire it without risk if it doesn't work out. So here's our official policy: Anytime within 30 days of receiving the product, you can call us and get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to send it back. You can return your purchase for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason. It doesn't make any difference, because our goal is for you to be happy.
Once we approve your request, you will receive a US shipping address to which the item should be directed. Packing up the product and getting it back to this address is your responsibility. Once it arrives and is inspected to be in new condition, we'll give you a full refund of your original purchase price, less any expedited shipping charges, by the same method you used to pay.
If you choose free shipping and then send back an item under this policy, all you end up paying is your return shipping cost - which is exactly the same amount we end up paying. Thus, our investment in your ergonomic contentment is the same as yours.
